Ladurée Luxe: Paris Style Story

One of the most iconic names in French food artistry is luxury baker, Ladurée. It is claimed that this prolific sweets maker invented and created the world-renowned macaron. And believe me, when you eat a Salted Caramel macaron from this fine French institute you can understand why they sell 15 000 of them every single day! If you’ve been perfecting a recipe since 1862 it’s bound to be good, right?!

On a recent visit with Top Billing to Paris we decided to stop by the iconic Ladurée Champs Elysées, with the Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile looming just up the road. It’s picturesque green facade can be spotted from a distance and their tea rooms are ever so inviting. Any of the 9 Ladurée pastry shops are a must see in Paris and I highly recommend the Rose, Vanilla, Salted Caraml or Strawberry Vanilla flavours! Pair this with a fantastic cup of Earl Grey tea and you may as well don some red lipstick and call yourself a Parisian!
